Commercial drones have created an unprotected vertical approach to critical infrastructure, logistics facilities and high-risk corporate sites. This paper examines the evolving threat, the limitations of detection and active countermeasures, and the emerging division of responsibility between companies and the state. It proposes a risk-tiered Corporate Counter-Drone Resilience Framework centred on awareness, passive protection, operational continuity, rehearsed response and formal integration with legally authorised authorities.
